Conventional Boxes

Regular-Slotted Cartons

Regular-Slotted Cartons

The industry standard for storage and shipping!

If your business needs a cardboard box for storage, packaging, or shipping, then a RSC could be the solution. This style is cost-effective while remaining customisable in dimension and board grade.

The Regular Slotted Carton (RSC) is the most common box style and can be used for most products. It consists of four flaps that fold inwards in order to be taped closed. This box style also has very little manufacturing waste and therefore it is the most cost-effective option. As with most of our products, this box style is made from recycled board. Our RSCs can be cut in many different sizes and allow for printing options to better promote your brand. They come in either kraft or white and can be printed with up to three colours. You can order the RSC in different thicknesses or board grades, depending on the desired strength and carrying capacity.

Half Regular-Slotted Cartons

Half Regular-Slotted Cartons

A Regular Slotted Carton minus the top!

This box style is similar to the RSC but without the top flaps. This option is functional for both shipping and storage, but is most commonly used for small-form trading, paperwork storage, or as a make-shift bin. Can be used in conjunction with a telescopic lid.

The Half Regular-Slotted Carton comes in many different thicknesses or board grades, depending on the desired height, strength and carrying capacity.

Moving/Stock Boxes

Moving/Stock Boxes

A simple, effective solution.

Stock boxes are perfect for moving, storing, and organising. Choose from one of our available sizes, whether you’d like double or single-wall corrugation, and be on your way to receiving reliable packaging.

Get your stock/moving boxes with either Single Wall Board (SWB) or Double Wall Board (DWB) depending on the strength of the box you need. DWB is the recommended option as it is better suited for housing different kinds of objects while remaining sturdy enough to be stacked. Sizes are prefabricated and ready to go, so place your order today!

Fully Overlapping Flap (FOLF)

Fully Overlapping Flap (FOLF)

The heavy-duty option for heavy-duty items

These tall and narrow box styles are designed with maximum strength and rigidity in mind. The flaps of these boxes fully fold over each other to provide reinforcement and keep your product secure. This added protection makes FOLFs sturdy and allows them to be stacked while keeping their integrity.

The cross-sectional area (length x width) of this box is small in relation to its height in order to maintain rigidity. This five-walled design creates taller boxes and implements reverse fluting in order to increase strength and ensure product security.

Telescopic Base and Lid

Telescopic Base and Lid

The large-format industrial solution.

This box style consists of a base and a lid that fit perfectly together. With adjustable height options, the telescopic base and lid is a versatile and sturdy packaging option. The Telescopic style is most often used for larger box types that cannot be Die Cut.

The telescopic tray is a versatile and industrial box style. This style of box is quite cost-effective as it is machine driven without further tooling. Carrying capacity and strength can be improved by extending the lid over the base or using Double Wall Board base with a Single Wall Board lid.

Highly visible product packaging

Often used to contain cans, bottles, and tubs, this box style allows for product visibility while still remaining secure and stackable. Very cost-effective as it requires minimal board usage.

The Telescopic Tray can be constructed from any board class. SWB is typical for trays and are commonly constructed with B-Flute or E-Flute. Trays are usually used to hold self-supporting products that merely need containment. Staples are used to construct this box style after it has been shipped flat.

Cold-Chain Boxes

The Cold Chain Box was designed to address the transportation of perishable products. Used mainly in the medical, pharmaceutical, and food sectors, these polystyrene or polyurethane boxes are especially relevant now after the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus. Cold Chain Shippers are designed to keep the inner temperatures low, which is perfect for the transport of vaccines, medication, and other perishables. This insulated container allows items to remain cool from twelve to forty-eight hours, regardless of weather conditions.

These boxes are designed with thermal insulation which will keep your product at the desired temperature. This remains in effect from twelve hours to two days depending on your specifications. This is a great solution for any business which needs to transport or temporarily store their product at specific temperatures. The perfect solution for pharmaceuticals!
